Keto And Low Carb Brownies with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting!!





Keto And Low Carb Brownies with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting!! Is Very Delicious Lets Start Is! Its Very Easy To Make

Ingredients For the Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350°
Melt butter and sweetener together in microwave
Spray 8×8 pan and line with parchment paper





In a bowl add
2 eggs
1/2 cup of Monkfruit sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup melted butterMix to incorporate ingredients
Pour into prepared pan
Cook for 25 minutes

Let cool before adding frosting..

For Frosting:

You will need..
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sweetener
2 Tbsp HWC
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
2 tsp cocoa powder

Directions:

In a bowl mix cream cheese, butter and sweetener on low until sugar is incorporated

Add in HWC and vanilla and mix until blended

Microwave chocolate chips until smooth

Add melted chocolate chips and cocoa powder to the butter mixture

Mix on medium high for 6-8 minutes until light and fluffy!

I used Monkfruit sweetener for my frosting.. I would definitely suggest using a confectioners type sweetener as the Monkfruit made the frosting very grainy.. it taste amazing but some might not prefer it with that type of texture.

This made 16 servings, (per piece 2 Net Carb) and I am not sure of the macro counts on this treat!
