Keto Chocolate Cupcakes




Keto Chocolate Cupcakes Is Very Delicious And Eassy To Make Lets Do Start!

Cupcake Ingredients:

1/4 cup of sour cream
• 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp of regular cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup of a sugar substitute
• 1/4 cup of melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of almond flour
• 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Icing Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup of a sugar substitute
• 1 tbsp of instant coffee
• 1 tup (226g) of mascarpone cheese



Directions:

Heat your oven to 350°

Whisk or mix together all of the ingredients for the cupcakes.

Pour into a lined or greased muffin tin

Bake for 25 minutes

While the cupcakes are baking, make the icing.

Put everything in the mixer or bowl besides the mascarpone cheese.

When the mix looks like fluffy whipped cream, start adding the mascarpone cheese.

You can place the icing in the fridge until the cupcakes are done.

Let the cupcakes cool. Ice them and ENJOY!
