This Recipe Easy To Make And Very Delicious So Let’s Start
1 box of Swerve chocolate cake
1 box of Swerve vanilla cake
Follow instructions on boxes (3 eggs, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract) and bake at 350 for 20-30 min until toothpick is clean
1 cup Swerve confectioners sugar
2 cups cream cheese room temperature
2 sticks of butter room temperature
2 tablespoons bourbon vanilla bean paste (extract is fine too)
Combine all ingredients in a mixer and set aside
3 cups fresh strawberries puréed in a blender with a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2 cups strawberries sliced
After the cakes completely cooled down begin assembly
Place chocolate cake on bottom and add strawberry purée, then add freshly sliced strawberries on top. Then take the vanilla cake and add buttercream to it and merge with the chocolate cake.
Once layers are complete, Frost the cake with buttercream.
For decorations I used fresh strawberries, pillsbury sugar free fudge in a piping bag and sugar free white chocolate shavings
