Crust, processed in food processor until fully mixed and clumpy:
2 cups pecans
EDIT: 1/2 cup Stevia powder
4 Tbsp butter
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped until it forms peaks.
1 pckg Strawberry Sugar Free Jello, mixed in after the HWC is whipped.
Chill mixture for 20 minutes.
After the crust is cooled, pour all of the filling in the crust & flatten it out. Chill for one hour before eating.
