low carb lemon pound cake

Stop what your doing right now and go make this cake! Last night I had a craving for lemon pound

cake and ran across this recipe .This is the best keto pound cake recipe out

there. The cake is moist and delicious! Look no further guys, this is it! I added a few changes, you

can scroll to see my changes but go check her out. I got 12 slices 254 calories 2.6 net carbs per

slice. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.


1/2 cup unsalted buter, softened

6 oz. Cream cheese, softened (I use trader joes)

3/4 cups swerve (i use the confectioner’s type )

4 large eggs

2 tsp pure lemon extract (i use simply organic brand)

20 drops of liquid stevia

2 cups blanched almond flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp. Salt


2/3 cups swerve confectioner’s sweetener

3-4 tbsp. Of heavy cream

1/2 tsp lemon extra


In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt then set aside.

In a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer whiske the butter , cream cheese and

sweetener until combined. Add the lemon extract and combine.

Gradually add the flour to the cream cheese mixture and combine until you get a uniformed


Pour the mixture into a parchement line baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes. Allow to cool

and top with the glaze mixture.

For the glaze

Combine the cobfectioner’s sugar, heavy cream and lemon extract together until you get a smooth

mixture. Pour over coolwd cake.
